These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of honestaiguide.com (the "Site") and any related services. The Site is published by Red Sun LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may share individual articles by linking to them. You may NOT: (a) republish substantial portions of articles without written permission; (b) scrape the Site for AI training; (c) frame the Site or otherwise misrepresent the source of the content.

2. Affiliate links and editorial independence

The Site uses affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, the vendor pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Vendors do not pay for placement, ranking, or favorable language. Our editorial decisions are independent of these commercial relationships. Our complete approach is described on the About page.

3. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we'll send you roughly one email per week. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

4. Refunds

The Site itself is free. We don't sell paid products directly on honestaiguide.com today; if that changes, our Refund Policy will apply. Purchases you make from third-party vendors after clicking an affiliate link are governed by that vendor's own terms and refund policy. We have no control over vendor refunds.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, copy, screenshots, charts, and original benchmarks on the Site are owned by Red Sun LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Product names and logos referenced in reviews belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification under fair-use principles.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) submit defamatory or harassing content through any contact form.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Reviews reflect our editorial opinion as of the date of publication. Tools change. Pricing changes. We update reviews on a best-effort basis but we cannot guarantee that any particular review reflects current vendor terms at the moment you read it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Red Sun LLC, its officers, members, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your reliance on any review. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Sun LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, that law applies.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tells you when. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
